Addiction Recovery

Recovery from addiction is a lifelong journey. Ongoing behavioral health support can be key in holding oneself accountable and overcoming negative thought processes and barriers that may lead to relapse. This is only one stop on the full continuum of care for addiction recovery. Weekly or bi-weekly individual therapy can help to ensure that your long-term goals stay within your line of vision. I am here to provide a safe atmosphere for you to explore life events that may interfere with the recovery process and to be a source of support for you through both challenges and celebrations.

Please note, this is not an appropriate level of care for those in active addiction due to safety concerns related to withdrawal. This is maintenance talk therapy for those who have completed a safe detox and, ideally, a more intensive outpatient program. Appropriateness for this level of care will be assessed at intake and continuously throughout the duration of therapy. If you or someone you know is currently struggling with addiction, please call 1(800)662-4357 for SAMHSA’s National Substance Abuse Hotline.
